Question About Panamax Surge Protector 7111 I have a Max 1000+ surge protector/line conditione. I have a Max 1000+ surge protector/line conditioner (installed about 17 years ago) connected to my TV. The 'overvoltage' red light is on and the TV doesn't turn on.
